At 2248 hours on Sunday October 4, Blaine Hill, Central and Greenock VFC's were alerted for a vehicle on its roof in District 2 at the intersection of Chicago and Monongahela Avenues. 140 Deputy 2, Terry Halt arrived on location to find one truck on its roof and occupant self extricated on Chicago Avenue between Bryces Lane and Browns Lane. Command requested Engine 2 at Chicago and Monongahela for traffic control with manpower for scene safety and hazard removal. Squad 2 directed to McKeesport Road and Chicago Avenue for traffic control, MAC 2 requested to scene for lighting. Rescue 7 directed to scene for assistance in scene safety and hazard removal. Rescue 4 to hold in station. ETA EMS on location for patient care. Yurechko's Towing arrived to remove vehicle from roadway. One hand line utilized from Engine 2 for scene safety. Rescue 7 assisted Station 2 manpower for hazard removal. Scene determined safe by command at 2344 hours and all units clear.
